RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience preferred
- Experience working with sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license
- Comfortable communicating with clients via phone and email
- Self-motivated and driven by success
- Proactive in service
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
